  • Why doesn't my video link work?

    The link you provide needs to be public in order for our servers to access, download, and process your clips. For example a private YouTube video will not work, but you can change the video's visibility to unlisted. Alternatively, you can upload the original video file if you need your video to remain private. If you're having trouble feel free to contact us so we can help.

  • Where are my clips?

    Clips for free accounts are stored for 30 days. After you receive the email notification that your video is done processing we encourage you to review your complimentary clips. You download your favorite clips to keep forever. Upgrade to a premium account to store clips in your account.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Please refer to our refund policy. We want to help steward Kingdom Resources. Please let us know if you believe your situation is unique.

  • Is there a free trial?

    You can start with a free account to get a few complimentary clips from your content. The free account is limited, but provides a glance of what you can expect from a paid account.
